45 SCHOOLS REPRESENTING NEARLY 6,000 STUDENTS  participate in Dr. Cupp’s PayDay Update Program. 

The overall averages for kindergarten and first grade are as follows:

Kindergarten overall average number of sight words mastered:     20

Kindergarten overall average book level:                                      Book 6

First Grade overall average number of sight words mastered:        103

First Grade overall average book level:                                          Book 27

When schools use Dr. Cupp’s materials throughout their K and first grade classes and practice 3-group rotation for a minimum of 45-60 minutes per day, they have better results. 

Kindergarten average number of sight words mastered = 21 (Book 7)

First Grade average number of sight words mastered = 125 (Book 32)
